Returns
Short version: because these are paper goods (and often personal), returns are limited.

Change of mind
We don’t accept returns for change of mind on:
Greeting cards
Printed or personalised items
Gift wrap or packaging
Once it’s printed, it’s yours. (They don’t unprint particularly well.)
Personalised & printed orders
Please check your message, spelling, names, and addresses carefully before placing your order. We print exactly what you submit and can’t offer refunds or reprints for errors made at checkout.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a production fault, we’ll make it right.

A brief description of the issue
A photo of the item
We’ll assess and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Lost or missing orders
If your order hasn’t arrived, we’ll help where we can—but once it’s been dispatched, it’s in the hands of Australia Post. We’re not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries, though we’re happy to point you in the right direction for tracking or enquiries.
Incorrect address
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Return shipping
In the unlikely event a return is approved, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund.
