For all orders:

Cards
Orders placed by 2pm (AEST) on business days are printed and sent the same day. Miss the cut-off and we’ll send them the next business day instead. No drama.

Gifts & Wrap
Anything involving gifts or wrapping takes a little more care. These orders are sent the next business day, also via Australia Post.

Delivery within Australia
All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on where you are:

• Metro areas: usually a few business days

• Regional areas: allow a little longer

• Remote locations: patience is a virtue.

We’ll send your order off promptly, but once it’s with Australia Post, it’s in their hands. Which means:

We’re not responsible for delays, disruptions, or the occasional scenic route your parcel may take.

State-by-state reality check
Australia’s a big place. What gets to Sydney quickly may take longer to reach Perth, Darwin, or regional areas. If timing matters (and it often does), we recommend ordering a little earlier than you think you need to.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $30 or more within Australia.

International delivery
Yes, we can send overseas. Timing and costs will vary depending on the destination, and delays are more likely once your card leaves Australia. Customs, local postal services, and distance all play their part.

Again, once your order is handed to Australia Post, we can’t control how quickly it arrives—but we do make sure it leaves us as quickly as possible.

International orders are sent via standard post and are not tracked. Delivery may take 1–3 weeks.
