A few simple terms help keep things clear for everyone.

Ordering

There is currently no minimum wholesale order value.

Products are supplied in minimum quantities of 4 per design and format, unless otherwise stated.

Pricing

Wholesale and recommended retail prices are shown on our wholesale ordering page and may change from time to time.

Recommended retail prices are recommendations only. Retailers remain responsible for setting their own resale prices.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of order unless alternative trading terms have been agreed with Card & Co in writing.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

Delivery

Estimated dispatch times are provided as a guide here>. While we'll always do our best to get your cards to you promptly, delivery times once an order has been dispatched are outside our direct control.

Product variation

Card & Co products are produced in small runs. Minor variations in colour, print and paper may occur and are part of the nature of printed products.

Images & content

Approved Card & Co product imagery and retailer content may be used by authorised stockists to promote and sell Card & Co products.

Card designs, artwork, copy, branding and other intellectual property remain the property of Card & Co and may not be reproduced, altered or used to create other products without permission.

Returns

Damaged, incorrect and approved returned goods are handled in accordance with our Returns & Damages policy.
